Cancellation Policy:

• No Cancellation of order, once order placed.

• Changes in order can be initiated in case of change of specification(finish/material/etc). To Change specification, an email has to be sent within 48-hour of order placed to support@thegleamhouse.com regarding "CHANGE IN SPECIFICATION". mentioning the ORDER NO. & existing finishes & to be altered with or new finish.

Return, Refund Policy:

• No Return & Refund Option is available as the order is customized & Built on order.

• Faulty Components/ Parts will be replaced after intimation of the issue from customer's end. (48-hours of product delivery).

 

Procedure for Replacement of Parts Component:

• Specify Order No., Customer name & Contact no., Photo of Component/Part.

• Email to : Support@thegleamhouse.com

• Get an Confirmation Email from Company.

• Refund of any order may take up to 7-10 working days to reflect on your account. (usually takes 5-7 working days)
